All users accessing or utilizing the Anında Tapu™ website, mobile interfaces, or submission forms are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms of Service in full. If you do not accept these terms, please discontinue using the platform immediately.
This platform is operated by Hasan Çakı Real Estate Inc. ("Company"), licensed under the Ministry of Trade Real Estate Trade Authorization Certificate (License No: 0605654). The platform functions as a PropTech infrastructure offering preliminary property evaluations, Electronic Listing Verification (EİDS) coordination, and fractional title deed marketing organization between property owners, buyers, investors, and licensed developers.
Calculations, simulation results, market trend forecasts, or live exchange rates displayed on the platform are provided strictly for informational purposes. They do not constitute an official statutory appraisal report or a binding financial/investment commitment under Capital Markets Board (SPK) legislation. Final property valuations are legally confirmed solely through formal contracts and official title deeds registered at Turkish Land Registry Offices. The Company bears no liability for indirect losses arising from market price fluctuations.
Users are personally liable for the accuracy of all full names, contact channels, block/plot numbers (ada/parsel), zoning parameters, and area metrics declared in inquiry forms. In compliance with the Ministry of Trade Electronic Listing Verification System (EİDS) regulations, any fraudulent, unauthorized, or misleading submission of third-party property data incurs full legal, administrative, and criminal liability upon the declaring user.
All software codes, user interface designs, database architectures, the "Anında Tapu" registered trademark, graphics, dictionary content, and visual assets hosted on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Hasan Çakı Real Estate Inc. Protected under Intellectual Property and Patent laws, no content may be copied, reproduced, scraped, or republished without prior written authorization.
While the Company implements top-tier technical measures to ensure continuous platform availability, it shall not be held liable for temporary service interruptions caused by telecommunication infrastructure failures, cyber attacks, government portal maintenance (e-Devlet/Land Registry), or Force Majeure events (natural disasters, emergency statutory amendments).
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of this platform shall be governed by Turkish Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ankara Courts and Execution Offices.
